Maintained 150–200 Airtel sites in Hyderabad East, including in-building systems in hotels and malls, under a 24-hour fault-response arrangement.
Kept site, fault and repair records and produced daily and monthly maintenance reports for the operations teams.
Planned preventive maintenance and vehicle routes within a 3,000 km monthly allocation, and supported the 2G-to-3G modernization.

Supported an 800–900-site transmission software upgrade, carrying out 400–500 upgrades personally, mostly overnight.

Aeronautics surveillance contract under a Letter of Assist
Designed the information system that brought surveillance observations from remote locations to the military command centres at Mission Headquarters.
Set up 24/7 shift management, reporting and handovers for the surveillance platforms of a US$61 million contract.
Built a searchable incident register with linked imagery, and a GIS analysis of flight and wind data.

Designed a UN-owned drone kit for military observers, with its training and qualification framework. The work was recognized by the Under-Secretary-General.
